About Us

Stoneham Block Management Ltd provides independent, bespoke residential property management services for blocks of up to 30 flats. We specialise in smaller properties to provide personal, transparent advice and services.

We can manage converted and purpose built properties or estates for Freeholders, Right to Manage and Resident Management Companies. 

From our Hove base, we provide services across the local area from Worthing in the West to Seaford in the East and North to Burgess Hill.

We work with local chartered surveyors, a local solicitor, and local contractors to provide quality services to our clients and residents.

We are regulated by the Association of Residential Management Agents (ARMA). 

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).

Our team are experienced property managers within the local area. 

We support continuing personal development through training to become full members of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

We aim to respond to communications received within a timely manner, keeping our clients and residents up to date with matters.

  • Flat Key holding services.
  • Advice on Right to Manage/Enfranchisements.

  • Attendance at RMC/Freeholder Annual General Meetings.
